ARSENAL RETURN TO THE QUEUE FOR NORWICH STAR’S CHASE

Arsenal seem to be proving that they are very much active and lively in the transfer window if reports are to be believed. According to the latest reports making the rounds recently, the Gunners are willing to add to their transfer businesses by returning to chase Norwich City star Max Aarons. This is the third time in a few months that Arsenal will be linked to the English defender and although it’s not clear whether Norwich will be readily willing to sell him this summer, the London club are confident that they can get a deal over the line of they can successfully combine the Premier League newcomers.

With so much speculation surrounding the future of Hector Bellerin at the Emirates Stadium, Arsenal want to act quickly as a response and have sighted Aarons as the ideal star to replace Spanish defender Bellerin. Arsenal right-back Bellerin is refusing to sign a new contract at Arsenal amid reports that he wants to leave the club and French Ligue 1 heavyweights Paris Saint-Germain have already expressed first-hand interest in his services. He is also a reported target of Italian Serie A giants Juventus and it continues to look like his exit from Arsenal is inevitable with each day that passes.

Bayern Munich have also been credited with an interest in Bellerin and are one of the club’s waiting on the wings to confirm if he will be available for a transfer this summer. Aarons was one of the best players in the Championship last Eason as he played a major role in helping Norwich climb back into the English Premier League. However, his defensive partner, Emiliano Buendia, has already left the club and joined Aston Villa which means the Canaries could be reluctant to sell the 21-year-old full-back in the same summer.
